1. Overview
By using our phone assistance service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
At Line Fast Services LLC, we are committed to providing clear, transparent, and professional technical assistance over the phone. Because our service is delivered in real time and billed per minute, refunds are limited to specific, verifiable circumstances described below.
This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (Section 5) and the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435).
2. Nature of the Service
Our technical support is provided exclusively by telephone. We never access, connect to, or control your devices remotely.
Each session is billed per minute of live agent time as disclosed before the call begins. By continuing the call after hearing the rate disclosure, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total duration of the session.
Once a technician begins providing assistance or advice, the service is considered delivered and consumed, as it consists of professional time and verbal guidance.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:
- Duplicate transaction: The same call or service was charged more than once in error.
- Unauthorized payment: Verified evidence that the payment was made without your consent.
- Service failure: A confirmed technical issue on our side that prevented the agent from providing any assistance at all.
Each request is individually reviewed and verified through our call and billing logs.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Completed calls where the service was provided as described.
- Partial minutes or early termination initiated by the customer.
- Dissatisfaction with the outcome or advice given, since the service consists of time and guidance, not guaranteed resolutions.
- Connectivity or device issues beyond our control (such as user error, poor reception, or equipment malfunction).
Because the service is informational and consumed instantly once started, refunds cannot be issued after the session begins.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original transaction date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible under any circumstance.
Please include the following details in your request:
- Full name and phone number used during the call.
- Date and approximate time of the service.
- Last four digits of the card charged.
- Detailed reason for your request.
Send all requests to refunds@linetechassist.com. Our billing department will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
6. Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
7. Billing Names and Authorization
Charges for our phone assistance may appear on your statement under “Closed Inc” or “Line Fast Services LLC.” Both entities are authorized billing processors for the same service under a shared commercial agreement.
8. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks
Customers agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our billing department. Filing a chargeback for a valid, authorized transaction constitutes a breach of contract.
We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks and provide full call and billing evidence to the card issuer or payment processor.
